SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We want you to be completely satisfied with any item you buy from us. If for whatever reason you aren't, simply call or email us within 14 days of purchase and then ship the item back to us. When we receive your item we will credit your charge card for your original purchase price minus any shipping charges. Although there is free shipping on some orders, the actual shipping charges which have incurred will be deducted from the original purchase before refunds/credits are issued. SHIPPING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Both the goods (product) and the packaging (product box and internal packaging) must be unused and undamaged.

Please repack your item properly. Make sure it is double boxed with adequate packing material so it doesn't get damaged in transit. We won't be able to issue a refund or exchange if either the product or the product box arrives damaged. The shipper (USPS, UPS, FedEx) you use to send your item back may not honor your damage claim should the product break in transit if your return was not properly packed.

We advise insuring it for its full value but we leave that decision entirely up to you.

Please note: Sale Items, Special Orders, Seasonal and Christmas items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES:
Should you wish to return an item for exchange, you are welcome to do so in the 14 day grace period from receipt. Please include a note describing the replacement you want us to make. We will promptly ship it out pending availability. You may also apply the original purchase price to a more expensive item and we would bill your card for the balance.

Please note that if the item you are exchanging is under $75.00 in value it would be subject to an $8.00 reshipping fee. If the replacement is over $75.00 we would reship it free by UPS ground (not applicable for Alaska, Hawaii or International orders).

DAMAGES:
You will need to inspect your item as soon as it arrives. We have inspected and packed your order as carefully as possible but if you find any damage please call us toll free at 1-866-797-4084 or 303-456-5742 or send us an email. Email Us Now

We can issue you a refund or ship you a replacement so long as you SAVE the broken piece and its shipping carton for the shipper to inspect. Do not return the piece to us unless we request it.

Please Note: No refunds can be made without the carton, packing materials, and the broken piece being available for inspection. Damage or any other issues with your shipment MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 5 DAYS of receiving your merchandise.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, your credit card will not be charged.

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus our shipping cost upon its return and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Orders which are refused at delivery will be refunded the purchase price minus all the shipping costs we incur to and from your address.

Orders with undeliverable shipping address will be refunded the purchase price minus all the shipping costs we incur to and from the shipping address we received with your order.
